Working with Sandra made planning our dream honeymoon a breeze! We struggled to begin with to find a destination that both aligned with our budget and what we wanted to do but Sandra took the time to give us every option she could find and what our honeymoon would look like in that destination. We truly appreciated how much time she took to help us with flights, accommodations and excursions. She even came up with a day to day itinerary and gave us a list of good food places to try. Sandra was absolutely amazing to work with! As new travelers, my husband and I have so much to learn, but Sandra made the whole process stress-free. She went above and beyond—reminding us to register transportation, providing safe links for local taxes, and thoroughly researching the area for us. Even though she hadn’t been to our destination herself, she was a wealth of information. Sandra made sure to ask about our room preferences and worked with the staff to accommodate us perfectly. While we were there, she checked in regularly and quickly followed up on anything that didn’t go exactly as planned. Knowing we were in such capable hands gave us total peace of mind. Having never used a travel agent before, we found the experience smooth and extremely helpful! Sandra made sure we received the best deal for the money spent, while still crossing off everything on our wish list. She was very informative about choosing seats, luggage, and modes of airport transportation. Sandra went beyond expectations by helping with the new entry requirement for the Dominican Republic. She checked in several times to ensure our safe arrival and to ensure our expectations of the resort were being met.
